Sales Tax

We are required to charge applicable sales tax on products shipped to jurisdictions that levy sales tax in which we have a physical location. Currently that only includes the state of Illinois. No sales tax is charged for products shipped to locations outside of Illinois.

Product Descriptions

We attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Hix Bros. Music itself is not as described, and the error is not found before the item is shipped, customer's sole remedy is to return the item in unused condition following requirements as set forth in our "Return Policy."  If there is an error in a product listing, and we find the error before the item is shipped, we reserve the right to notify the customer of the error and give the customer the choice of either 1) cancelling the order; 2) paying the difference in price, or 3) in the case of multiple items on an order, deleting that item from the order.
