Shipping

All of our shipping is handled by UPS ensuring a quick and efficient service. UPS is calculating the shipping charges based on weight and destination of the order. You have the possibility to choose between different UPS shipping services provided for your location (UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, 2 nd Day Air, Next Day Air). All shipped items will be protected against loss or damage through UPS Declared Value Protection.

Your goods will almost always arrive within 3-7 business days but please allow up to 14 days.

We will provide you with a tracking number allowing you to track the progress of your shipment on the UPS website. - please note that your personal tracking number will be e-mailed to you within 2-4 working days of your order being received.

The shipping charges include a $5.00 fee for handling and packaging.

Returns

We will gladly accept returns for merchandise that is defective upon receipt. Please notify us immediately by email at shop@hixbrosmusic.com so that we can give you instructions for return and process your order for replacement or refund.  Please include your name, order number, product name, and the specific problem you have encountered. We will then provide you with a return authorization number that must be written on the outside of the box. Returns without a return authorization number will not be accepted.

A refund is issued upon inspection of the item. Please note that you must return the product to us within 14 days after you receive return instructions.  Please include all manuals and enclosures that shipped with the product and make sure it is packaged to avoid damage. Please note that damaged and/or incomplete products are subject to restocking fees of 15%. In cases of major damage or abuse, the product may be refused for return.

Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.

If we have sent you an incorrect product by mistake, we will replace it with the correct product at no cost to you.

Hix Bros. Music does not accept returns of the following items: open or used strings, reeds, tubes, internal earphones, ear plugs, harmonicas, pickups that have been installed, drumheads, sticks, clothing, CDs, DVDs, videos, recording gear, microphones.
